Orders, cancellations and returns

Before placing an order

The separately accepted quotation should specify the product, approved customisation, quantity, price and VAT treatment, delivery costs, estimated timing, any deposit and cancellation terms. Sending an enquiry through the website is free and does not require you to buy.

Business-to-business work

For corporate clients, cancellations, changes, acceptance and any refunds are governed by the agreed quotation and contract. Contact us before approving production if you need changes; costs already incurred after production starts may apply under the agreed terms.

If you buy as a consumer

An order agreed separately by email or telephone may be a distance contract and trigger rights under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. Where applicable, the statutory withdrawal period is normally 14 days. The relevant terms and pre-contract information are provided before an order is concluded.

Article 16(c) of Ordinance 34/2014 provides a withdrawal exception for goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This does not remove legal protection for faulty or non-conforming goods. We do not automatically apply this exception to everything simply because it is made to order.

Faulty or damaged products

For a problem with a delivered product, email office@codeprint.ro with the order reference, description and photos if helpful. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information. We will review the matter under the contract and applicable law, including consumer conformity rights.

The remedy may involve repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the applicable rules. Contact arrangements do not reduce statutory rights or deadlines. Please coordinate the return address and collection method before shipping a product to the registered office.

Earlier orders

Moving to a presentation website does not remove obligations for orders already accepted. The terms agreed at the time and statutory rights continue to apply. Use office@codeprint.ro for support, cancellations or complaints.
